Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
viewsmo (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the viewsmo.com service, an AI audience intelligence and content-autopilot platform for creators. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — email, name, and profile details you provide when signing up (email/password or Google sign-in).
- Connected platform data — when you connect a channel (e.g. YouTube), with your explicit permission we receive and store channel information, audience/performance statistics, video metadata, and, for the channels you own, the OAuth tokens needed to refresh access on your behalf.
- Content you create — drafts, scripts, thumbnails, and schedules generated through our autopilot, plus content you upload for editing.
- Usage & payment data — plan status, AI credit usage, and billing records processed through our payment provider (Stripe).
- Technical data — basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. How we use your data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the service — analytics, scoring, AI coach, and autopilot features.
- Generate content and insights grounded in your real audience data.
- Process subscriptions and payments, and send billing/account emails.
- Improve the product and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
- Send service notices, security alerts, and (with your consent) product updates.
Your connected-channel data is only used to power your own analytics and autopilot. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third parties
We share the minimum data required with service providers that help us operate:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Railway — hosting of the application.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- OpenAI — generating AI insights, drafts, scripts, and thumbnails from the data you connect or the text you submit.
- Google (YouTube APIs) — reading channel statistics and uploading content you authorize, using the scopes you granted.
- Brevo — sending transactional emails such as payment-failure notices.
Our use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the features you asked for and complies with theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data retention
We keep your account, analytics history, and generated content while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile, generated content, and connected-channel data. Backups are purged within a reasonable period. OAuth tokens are stored only to refresh access on your behalf and can be revoked at any time from your Google account.
6. Your rights & choices
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
- Disconnect a platform at any time to stop further data collection from it.
- Revoke Google permissions in your Google account’s “Third-party access” settings.
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access controls, and secure storage of credentials. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
