Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using viewsmo.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service.

2. The Service

viewsmo connects to platforms you authorize (e.g. YouTube), analyzes your audience, and provides AI-generated insights, drafts, scripts, thumbnails, and an optional content-autopilot that can create, render, and publish content to platforms you connect. Autopilot publishing is review-first by default; full-auto publishing is only enabled when you explicitly opt in per the plan you choose.

3. Your responsibility for published content

You are solely responsible for all content generated, approved, scheduled, or published through the Service. Before publishing, you must ensure the content:

  • Complies with the terms and community guidelines of the target platform (including YouTube’s Terms of Service and community guidelines).
  • Does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or rights.
  • Is accurate and not misleading, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.
  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Review material before publishing, especially anything time-sensitive or factual.

4. Accounts & connected platforms

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. When you connect a platform, you grant viewsmo the permissions described in the consent screen (typically read access to statistics and, for the autopilot, permission to upload content). You may disconnect a platform or revoke access at any time. We are not liable for actions a platform takes against your account, including actions you directed through viewsmo.

5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans require a valid payment method and are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may downgrade your account to the Free plan after a grace period if the issue is not resolved.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access for the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Free trials, if offered, begin immediately upon signup; you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or platform term.
  • Publish spam, malware, or content that could harm others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its output in a way that competes with us.
  • Use automated publishing in a way that breaches the connected platform’s rules or harms your or others’ accounts.

7. Intellectual property

viewsmo and its branding, UI, and software are owned by us. You retain all rights to your own content and data. You grant us a limited license to process your data and content as necessary to operate the Service. Content you generate using our AI tools belongs to you, subject to the platform and third-party terms applicable to that content.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE, PROFITS, OR DATA.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or activity that threatens the security or operation of the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
