By accessing and using Viewsmo AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Viewsmo AI is a Software as a Service (SAAS) platform that provides omnichannel marketing tools, including WhatsApp Business API integration, contact management, messaging, and automation.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

By using our Service, you agree to comply with:

• WhatsApp Terms of Service
• Meta's Terms of Service
• All applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with WhatsApp's messaging policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these policies.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content, data, and information you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

• Your use of the Service
